Private Retreats provide time and space for individuals or small groups to step away from everyday cares and enter a quiet, contemplative space. Private retreats have no set program or length of time. It is up to the individual or group to create the rhythm of prayer, quiet and rest.

Directed Retreats are usually 4 – 7 days with the option of journeying with a spiritual director. The spiritual directors at Chiara Center have extensive training in the art of spiritual direction and companioning. The frequency of direction sessions varies at the request of each person.
Conference Retreats are scheduled, themed retreats sponsored by Chiara Center or hosted by Chiara Center. A conference retreat includes scheduled talks, prayer and rituals.
